When i was 12

The world is now a shit place some would say, did you know that extra small condoms are now being made for boys between 12-14?? And they are calling it ''hotshot''
''The Hotshot condoms are going on sale in Switzerland after research found that not enough 12 to 14-year-old boys were having protected sex.'' this is an extract from an article published by the dailymail of U.K on 3rd of march 2010 thats over 2 years ago so now it should be in stores all across europe and if not anywhere in the U.K which has the highest rate of teenage pregnacies in Europe.
When i was twelve i did not even know what a condom was and i definately did no think of having sex but today the story is different. Just imagine kids of that age who should be watching spiderman and playing computer games instead shopping for condoms, some people might hang the manufacturers for making condoms to encourage sex amongst that age group but what we need to look at here is the ''why'' why they manufactured it in the first instance, like they say ''Necessity is the mother of all inventions'' they carried out a research and found that kids between the age group of 12-14 are engaging in sex and when asked most of them do not use condoms because they are too big for their tiny penis (and i wonder why something so tiny will be made to go through such situation) thats why they sat down and decided to make condoms specifically for that age group so now these kids have the option to protect themselves and the ever increasing rate of ''teenage pregnacies'' and the transmission of STDs could be brought down.
PARENTS, where are they ??the so called gaurdians of these kids
How many parents talk to their kids about sex?? And when the question is asked the controversial topic of ''when is the right age to talk to you kid about sex'' comes up
My parents never talk to me about sex, (even when i was 12) did your parents talk to you about sex??
All they told me was to be 'careful' and 'careful' i was and i decided that before i have sex that i was going to learn all there is to learn about sex so i set out on the quest to aquire the knowledge that i needed to help me to be 'careful' (sexual education) but these kids know nothing about sex and its consequences its the girls that are left to bear the brunt of it.
